Founded in 1962, the Association Pour l’Achat dans les Services Publics is a national, non-profit association.
Since its creation, the association has established its status as a “club” of buyers aimed at promoting the exchange of information and experiences, and also in training the actors in public procurement.
With 2,000 members, its mission is to professionalise public purchasing and to gain recognition for the purchasing profession.
